Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can tomatoes
1 medium onion, grated
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. bacon drippings
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Combine tomatoes, onion, butter, bacon drippings, sugar, seasoned salt and garlic salt in bowl; mix well.
Layer half the stuffing mix, tomato mixture, cheese, oregano and remaining stuffing mix in greased baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. May substitute oil for bacon drippings.
Yield:
6 servings.
