Louisiana Boiled Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. water
    1 lemon, quartered
    1 large onion, quartered
    1 pkg. crab boil
    3/4 c. salt
    5 lb. shrimp
Preparation
    In a large pot, add water, lemon, onion, crab boil and salt. Bring to a rolling boil.
    Add shrimp.
    Return to boil quickly. When rolling boil returns, time for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat, allowing to stand 10 to 15 minutes.
    Drain shrimp and serve.
