Chicken Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. frozen, cut broccoli
    1 can cream of chicken and broccoli soup
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 c. cooked noodles
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat; add chicken, garlic and onions.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring until chicken is white and onions are soft.
    Stir in broccoli, soup and mustard. Cover and cook 4 to 5 minutes until heated through.
    Remove from heat; stir in sour cream.
    Serve over hot noodles.
