Teriyaki Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 cloves dried garlic
    1-inch segment ginger root
    2 lb. beef (prefer London Broil)
Preparation
    Peel and chop ginger root.
    Chop dried garlic.
    Combine first 4 ingredients into baggie.
    Add meat to baggie.
    Force air out of bag and twist tie the top.
    Marinate for up to 3 days, turning a couple of times a day.
    Broil meat or cook on the grill.
