Gluten Free Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1/2 c. rice flour
    1/2 c. soy flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. gluten free baking powder
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 egg
    1 c. milk or soy milk
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and bake in a greased muffin pan at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
    Makes 10 to 12 muffins.
    These freeze well.
