Pineapple Cheese Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) lime flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well-drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in water.
Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into quart mold.
Chill until firm.
