Always Pink Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 leg of lamb (approximately 6 lb.)
    3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. rosemary or sage, crumbled
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mash garlic with salt, pepper and herb seasonings.
    Add oil and vinegar; rub mixture all over lamb.
    Place lamb on rack in a roasting pan.
    Roast at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Lower oven to 200\u00b0 for 8 hours.
    No need to baste.
