Easy Potato Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. country sausage
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 c. raw potatoes, sliced
1 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated

Preparation

In skillet, crumble and brown sausage and onion.
Drain.
