Pork Chops, Applesauce And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans sauerkraut, drained
1 (16 oz.) jar applesauce
3/4 c. chopped onion
8 large or 16 small pork chops
1 (3 oz.) packet pork seasoned coating mix
Preparation

Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with a nonstick vegetable coating.
Combine sauerkraut, applesauce and onion; spread evenly over bottom of baking pan.
Dip each chop in milk, then coat with seasoned mix.
Layer on top of sauerkraut mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 425\u00b0 until chops are browned and cooked through, about 1 hour.
Makes 8 servings.
