Onion Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large onions
    milk
    flour
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    salt
Preparation
    Peel onions and slice 1/4 inch thick.
    Separate rings and soak in milk for one hour.
    Dip into egg, then roll in flour.
    Fry in hot oil until light brown (about 2 to 3 minutes), turning once. Drain on absorbent paper.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Serve hot.
