Hungarian Layered Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 jar sauerkraut
2 cafe c. rice
1 lb. minced pork or 1/2 beef and 1/2 pork
1 (12 oz.) sour cream
1 middle-big size onion
1 dl. (0.176 pt.) cooking oil
salt
water
red paprika
black pepper
Preparation
-
Cook the rice in the salt water.
When it becomes soft, filter and put away.
(In the water you can put a little filed down onion.)
