Stuffed Shells Or Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box jumbo shells or manicotti
1 jar (26oz) spaghetti sauce
8oz. shredded mozzarella cheese (save out 1oz. for top)
1 egg
1 carton Ricotta cheese
1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Preparation

Cook pasta as directed.
Mix all ingredients except sauce and reserved cheese.
Stuff shells with mixture and place in baking dish.
Pour sauce over all and top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 - 45 minutes.
