Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    2 lb. shredded frozen hash browns
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix 1st six ingredients.
    Stir in potatoes.
    Spoon into lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cook 5 minutes.
