Ingredients

gummy worms (if desired)
1 regular or 1 large pkg. Oreos
1 stick softened margarine or butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 small pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip

Preparation

You will need 8-inch flowerpot or sand pail (lined with plastic bag), a garden shovel or scoop and silk or plastic flower.
