Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. cheese, grated
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained and rinsed
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick oleo, melted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except Ritz crackers and oleo. Put in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with crackers and pour oleo over crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
