Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grated zucchini
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. mace
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease loaf pans.
    Grate the zucchini; set aside.
    Stir together the dry ingredients.
    Make a well inside and pour in the liquid.
    Stir to blend well, then stir in the zucchini and nuts.
    Pile into greased loaf pan or mini loaf pans. Bake 1 1/4 hours for loaf, 40 to 50 minutes for smaller loaves depending on size.
    Makes 1 large or 2 small loaves.
