Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 small green pepper, chopped fine
1/2 small sweet onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Mix cheese, pineapple, pepper, onion, salt and half of the nuts.
Shape into a ball.
Roll into remaining nuts.
Wrap in tinfoil and refrigerate for 24 hours.
