Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. diced onion
    1 c. diced celery
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    2 pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
    2 c. diced apples
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. sage
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation
    In large skillet, melt butter on medium heat.
    Add onions and celery; saute 5 minutes.
    Place in large bowl.
    Cook sausage until done (10 minutes).
    Add to vegetables in bowl.
    Stir in stuffing and remaining ingredients, including eggs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1/2 hour or until all ingredients are thoroughly hot in a baking dish.
