Eggs Portugal - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices white bread
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
1 lb. link Brown 'N Serve sausage, cut in 1/2 inch slices
4 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 can mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/4 c. dry vermouth (if desired)
Preparation

Cut crusts from bread and line bottom and sides of Pam sprayed 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Put cheese and sausage on top of bread. Beat eggs, milk and mustard, then add soup and vermouth.
Pour over bread.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Bake in 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 oven about 1 hour until bubbly and brown.
