Lemon-Pineapple Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lemon or lime Jell-O
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 can Pet milk, chilled overnight
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar.
Add dry Jell-O and pineapple; cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Cool.
Fold in whipped Pet milk. Pour in pan or baking dish lined with graham crackers or vanilla wafer crumbs.
Sprinkle a few crumbs over the top.
Chill and serve.
