Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts
3 c. raw apples, diced
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add oil
and
sugar.
Add
rest of ingredients. Mix well.
Bake in a tube pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
