Asparagus Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
3 oz. Roquefort or Bleu cheese
1 egg, whipped
1 or 2 cans asparagus spears
thinly sliced bread, crust removed
Preparation

Mix softened cheeses and egg together until smooth.
Roll bread thin with rolling pin.
Spread cheese mixture on bread.
Roll up asparagus spears in bread and coat with butter (melted). Refrigerate or freeze.
To serve:
Slice in 1/3-inch rounds.
Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
