Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. potatoes, cubed
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Place all ingredients in a large bag and shake until potatoes are coated.
Empty into a baking dish. Bake 40 minutes.
