Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 c. flour
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    grated rind of 2 lemons
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients and press into 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
    Bake 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Beat eggs slightly, add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Pour over top of hot crust.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Cool overnight or 4 hours in refrigerator.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes 32 small squares.
