Deviled Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large carrots, cut lengthwise
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    black pepper
Preparation
    Cook carrots in water until just tender.
    Drain.
    Then saute in butter for 5 minutes.
    Add brown sugar, mustard, 2 drops Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper.
    Cook, covered, about 10 minutes.
