Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. quick grits, uncooked
    1 stick butter
    1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese
    12 oz. medium Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. cayenne
    paprika
Preparation
    In a saucepan, bring water, milk and salt to a boil.
    Add grits, reduce heat and cook until done, stirring occasionally. Add butter, cheeses, Worcestershire, garlic powder and cayenne. Stir until the butter and cheeses have melted.
    Put in greased 3-quart casserole and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
    Makes 12 side dish servings or 6 main dish servings.
