Mexican Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together with a spoon. Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Pour in batter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Make the icing while the cake is in the oven.
