Browned Butter Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    2 to 4 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation
    Heat margarine over low heat until golden brown. Remove from heat.
    Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat in 2 to 4 tablespoons hot water until smooth and of desired consistency.
