Ingredients

2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cornstarch
4 egg yolks
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except coconut and vanilla; cook in double boiler until
thickened.
Add coconut and vanilla; pour into baked pie shell and
top
with
meringue and brown or use Cool Whip for topping.
