Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 red ripe tomatoes, skinned and crushed
    4 diced hot peppers (add more to taste)
    4 diced green peppers
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. brown vinegar
    5 Tbsp. salt (iodine free)
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    12 diced onions
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and let boil for 1 hour. Put in hot pint jars and seal.
    Makes about 8 pints.
