Minnie'S Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 (1 lb.) boxes powdered sugar, sifted
2 1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 sticks margarine
2 (8 oz.) pkg. coconut
Preparation

Sift sugar, melt margarine and milk, being careful not to scorch.
Pour into sugar.
Mix well.
Add nuts and coconut.
Mix well and pour onto large cookie sheet spread to about 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick.
Pat to smooth.
Place in freezer 45 minutes or refrigerate 3 hours.
Cut into squares and dip in chocolate mixture.
