Chicken Breast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chicken breasts
1 c. English peas, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. water
1/2 c. margarine
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Boil chicken; skin and remove from bone.
Cut into bite size pieces.
Place in a baking dish.
Mix together English peas that have been drained with soup and water.
Pour over chicken. Combine crushed crackers with melted margarine.
Sprinkle over chicken.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
