Aunt Feeny'S Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pastry flour, unsifted
    1 5/8 c. granulated sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. cocoa
    2/3 c. oil
    1 c. coffee or water
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Into a mixing bowl, sift together 3 times the dry ingredients. Make a well; add coffee, oil, egg and vanilla.
    Beat to a smooth consistency.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 oven.
    Coat with Fudge Frosting.
