Green Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. bell pepper (approximately 3 peppers)
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. (1/2 lb.) jalapeno peppers (fresh)
    1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
    6 oz. bottle Certo
    green food coloring
Preparation
    Grind peppers (get seeds out).
    Mix with sugar and vinegar on low heat.
    Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Bring to a boil; stir. Stir while comes to a full rolling boil.
    When rolling boil, boil 2 minutes.
    Remove from fire; add food coloring and Certo.
    Cool a minute or 2; pour in jelly glasses and seal.
