Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. parsley, minced
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    2/3 c. bell pepper, chopped (red and green good for holidays)
    1 c. green onions and tops, minced
    4 c. chicken bouillon or chicken stock
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake, without stirring in a tightly covered 2-quart casserole for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until rice is no longer soupy.
    Remove cover and toss rice with a fork as seasonings come to the top.
    Needs no gravy.
    May be frozen after baking.
