Italian Chocolate Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. baking powder
    4 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. allspice
    2 Tbsp. cloves
    2 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. Crisco
    2 c. canned milk
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. strawberry preserves
    1 small orange (juice and rind)
    2 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. raisins (optional)
    2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix first 9 ingredients.
    Cut in 2 cups Crisco as you would for pie crust, until crumbly.
    Add and mix in rest of ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
    Shape into small balls.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 9 minutes.
