Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box bran
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    5 c. plain flour
    5 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 large dash cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add liquids.
    Keep covered and refrigerated (will keep for 6 weeks).
    Use as needed.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 10 to 15 minutes.
