Petite Cherry Cheesecakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
vanilla wafers
Preparation

Beat together first five ingredients until light and fluffy. Line small muffin pans with baking cups.
Place a small vanilla wafer in bottom of each.
Fill 2/3 full with cheese mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Top with cherry pie filling.
