Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2-1/2 c. diced Red Delicious Apple (about 2 medium)
    1 Tbsp. frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
    1/2 c. chopped Celery
    1/4 c. chopped Walnuts
    1/4 c. Raisins
    1/3 c. frozen reduced-calorie Whipped Topping, thawed
Preparation
    Combine Apple and Orange Juice Concentrate in a bowl; toss well.
    Stir in Celery, Walnuts and Raisins.
    Fold in Whipped Topping.
    Serve immediately.
    Yield:
    6 (1/2-cup) servings.
