Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked mashed squash
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in 1 tablespoon margarine until tender.
    Mix remaining ingredients with squash.
    Pour into greased baking dish. Spread topping on mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
