Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Combine egg, milk and oil.
    Add all at once to flour mixture, stirring until blended, but still slightly lumpy.
    Pour about 1/4 cup batter on hot, greased pan.
    Cook until golden brown.
