Spiced Diabetic Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk green label Milnot
    3 eggs or substitute
    5 1/2 tsp. sweetener or 18 packets
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Beat pumpkin, milk and eggs.
    Add other ingredients and beat together.
    Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
    Spices may be adjusted to individual taste.
