Brie With Garlic Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large loaf Italian or French bread
    California garlic salt/seasoning
    1 large block Brie cheese
    butter
Preparation
    Remove wrapper from cheese, but not the skin.
    Put in a glass bowl and microwave until melted.
    While the Brie is melting, cut the loaf of bread lengthwise.
    Butter bread and sprinkle with garlic salt.
    Toast the bread until crispy.
    Slice each long piece into single slices.
    Serve bread around the dish with the melted cheese for dipping.
    A good snack.
