Big Ma'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
1 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
5 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. baking powder, sifted with flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Blend margarine and Crisco until creamy.
Add sugar gradually and continue creaming.
Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add flour and milk alternately, beginning and ending with flour.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Add lemon and vanilla.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
