Spareribs And Kraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

spareribs (cook ahead)
3 lb. kraut
1 1/2 c. Granny Smith apples, chopped
3/4 c. onion, chopped
1 to 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
6 whole cloves
1 to 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
black pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients, except ribs, in a large casserole or baking dish.
Put ribs, which have been cooked ahead of time, into the kraut mixture.
Cover with a casserole lid or foil.
Cook at 325\u00b0 for about 2 hours.
