Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large potatoes
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Shake mixture with potatoes in large bag.
    Potatoes can be peeled or unpeeled and quartered.
    Place in a large baking dish. Dot with margarine.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
