Chicken Livers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers
    shallots
    orange juice
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Chop shallots in skillet.
    Saute in the oil until tender. Dredge livers in flour.
    Place over shallots until brown.
    Cover with orange juice.
    Cover and simmer until livers are tender.
