Cherry Glazed Pork Loin Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. boneless pork loin roast (double loin), rolled and tied
    1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
    1/4 to 1/2 c. golden raisins
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Place roast on rack in shallow roasting pan.
    Insert meat thermometer so bulb is in center of thickest part of meat.
    Roast, uncovered, in a 325\u00b0 oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until meat thermometer registers 170\u00b0 (allow about 30 to 35 minutes per pound).
