Better Than ? ? ? Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 jar butterscotch-caramel ice cream topping
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 to 2 Heath candy bars
Preparation
    Prepare chocolate cake according to package directions.
    Bake and cool completely. When cool, poke 16 to 20 holes in cake with rounded end of wooden spoon. Spread the top of the cake with the ice cream topping.
    Pour 1 can of sweetened condensed milk over ice cream topping. Chill overnight. Frost with Cool Whip. Garnish with Heath bars that have been broken into tiny pieces.
