Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
30 graham crackers, crushed
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
2 small pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 large can evaporated milk
Preparation

Mix together margarine, powdered sugar and crackers.
Use an oblong dish or pan and press cracker crumbs in the bottom.
Be sure to save some for the top of the filling.
Beat evaporated milk chilled until stiff.
Mix together lemon jello and water, then mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Combine the two mixtures together and beat well.
Add filling to cracker crust and top with remaining crackers.
Chill and store in refrigerator.
